Reporting a scan issue

If a scan returned an obviously wrong result or failed unexpectedly, tap the report icon on the scan page or email us with the scan link. We use these reports to improve the detection models.

Account & privacy

To delete your account, open Settings > Delete Account in the app. To request a copy of your data or to exercise other privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy.

Community guidelines

Our community standards and acceptable use rules are part of our Terms of Service. If you encounter a comment or scan that violates them, use the in-app report tool or email us at support@aethyl.ai.
